In honor of Thanksgiving today, we wanted to express how grateful we are for our incredible customers. We do everything we can to answer questions, provide assistance and create products to improve your hearing and your life. But we don’t do what we do for praise or recognition; we do it because we understand the how vitally important communication is.
Every now and then, though, customers express their gratitude in ways that simply blow us away. One gentleman showed up at our office (not something we encourage) with tears of frustration in his eyes, needing his A55 phone repaired. We helped him out and he went on his way. Just the other day, he stopped by again, bursting with gratitude and carrying CUPCAKES for us! He wanted to thank all of us for the way we greeted him and treated him, and to further thank us for the great phone on which he can now hear perfectly.
Also, we recently participated in a Hands On Hearing event with MED-EL and one of the participants was especially enthusiastic. He was a really nice guy to work with, and he said he’d be sending us something to show his appreciation. Well, he owns a coffee supply business and decided to send us a lovely care package with coffee, filters, a new carafe and a note that said “Dear Michelle, Margo and Brad: Thank you for empowering us with the know how to use and enjoy the ClearSounds Products.”
We are so thankful for our FANTASTIC customers! They really help remind us all that this is our mission and it’s a calling… and that these things matter. Thank you all for supporting ClearSounds, and have a safe & wonderful Thanksgiving!
